Skills matched before names.
Members list what they can do. Employers describe what they need. Matching runs on skills alone, and a member's name is shared only after they accept an intro.
Members add skills
Type them or paste a resume. Terms map to the ESCO skills vocabulary; the pasted text is discarded.
Employers post a demand
A title and the skills it needs, each with a weight, a minimum level, and whether it is mandatory.
Matches stay anonymous
Employers see coverage, gaps, and nearby skills for each anonymous figure, then request an intro.
Members decide
An intro request expires in 14 days. Accepting it reveals your name and email to that employer only.
